Go-Tix goes live with new website

Go-Tix, the booking service established by ride-hailing firm Go-Jek, has launched its ticketing website to expand its service offering and customer base.

The firm has claimed to have sold more than 2.5 million tickets through its mobile app since it launched, with plans to bring in more customers in the coming months.

“We see that most of our customers are millennials. They are looking for the best deals, like discounts or loyalty points, before purchasing tickets for film or live events,” Rama Adrian, vice-president of customer solutions at ticketing platform Loket, said in a statement.

Go-Jek acquired Loket last year and renamed it Go-Tix to tap into the live event and ticketing industry.

The website will offer several payment options, including internet banking, mobile banking, debit or credit cards, internet transfers, and wallet payment Go-Pay.

Go-Tix offers movie tickets and passes for music, sports, workshops, and art and cultural events. It also provides film details and information on events on its website, in addition to exclusive ticket deals.

“Many potential events are often left uncovered and unnoticed. With improved features and services, we hope customers could keep up to date with these upcoming events,” marketing vice president Adimas Ario said.

Go-Tix also offers tickets for journeys through the archipelago and passes for recreational parks.
