Cincinnati Reds renews Tickets.Com partnership

Major League Baseball (MLB) team, the Cincinnati Reds, has renewed its partnership with technology solutions provider Tickets.com to supply its ticketing services for fans.

The MLB side has a long-standing relationship with Tickets.com and will utilise Pro Venue technology, which is a back-office ticketing solution that will enhance ticket sales and marketing efforts, as well as fan experience.

Aaron Eisel, vice president of ticketing and business development for the Cincinnati Reds, said: “Tickets.com has been a great partner of the Reds since the 2017 season and we are excited to continue the partnership to provide our fans the best ticketing experience possible.”

The renewal will see the Reds and Tickets.com maintain their relationship through to 2026.

President and chief executive of Tickets.com, Joe Choti, added: “We’ve enjoyed a long and great history together with both MLB and the Reds. Continuing this partnership with the Reds allows us to keep building on that foundation and provide Reds fans with the best of what’s to come from our Pro Venue platform.”

The Cincinnati Reds plays its home games at the Great American Ball Park, which boasts a capacity of 42, 271 and cost approximately $290m (£210m) when it was finished in 2003.
