Serpentine Galleries has selected and implemented TixTrack’s mobile-first Ticketure timed-entry system, becoming the first UK high-profile visitor attraction to partner with the US-based company.
Serpentine is based in Kensington Gardens in Hyde Park, London and manufactured a soft launch of the Ticketure system for its KAWS exhibition: New Fiction in December .
TixTrack has partnered with major visitor attractions globally including The Guggenheim Museum in New York; The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago; The Huntington Library, Art museum and Botanical Gardens in California and the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney.
Serpentine will benefit from a mobile-first design and modern APIs for integrating with third-party systems. The Galleries deployed a Salesforce CRM solution and Ticketure offers a ready-made Salesforce Connector as a standard feature.
TixTrack originally established a UK company and London office in 2016 to promote its Nliven reserved seating system, which is utilised by seven West End theatres.
Ticketure was introduced to the UK market in 2021 and already has a number of clients with Serpentine Galleries being the company’s first high-profile UK partner.
Steven Sunshine, chief executive of TixTrack, said: “Following our tremendous success introducing our Ticketure mobile-first timed-entry system to the North American and Australian markets, we are delighted to welcome Serpentine as our first high-profile UK client.
“TixTrack launched a UK operation in 2016 to sell and support our reserved seating system, called Nliven, which has secured a number of high-profile West End theatre clients.
“Our UK sales and support team, based in central London, are now keen to help additional UK visitor attractions to increase their timed-entry sales, conversion rates and levels of customer service by deploying Ticketure.”
