Singapore-headquartered ticketing agency SISTIC has launched a self-service online marketplace for event organisers, venues, promoters and artists to build an online store, manage products, and promote and sell official merchandise.
The ecommerce service, named SISTIC Mall, will be integrated with SISTIC’s ticketing solutions. Merchants will be able to sell tickets and use the company’s marketplace and customer database to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Merchants will be able to manage product inventory, stocking and orders centrally through SISTIC’s management tools. The platform is also integrated with fulfilment partners like J&T Express, Singpost and NinjaVan, meaning purchased items can be delivered through local couriers.
The dashboard will also provide merchants with data insights into sales performance and customer purchase behaviours. Users will be able to engage with a customer directly through phone or email, through customer profile data.
Joe Ow, chief executive officer of SISTIC, said: “We are continually innovating and looking for more ways to work with event organisers, venues and artists to sell more than just tickets for their events.
“With this new initiative, our clients can now offer a wide variety of event or artist-related items to grow their revenue and build more meaningful customer relationships through a connected digital customer journey in Singapore and beyond.”
