Concert promotion and artist development company AEG Presents has appointed Jenn Yacoubian (pictured right) and Stacy Vee (pictured left) as executive vice-presidents of Goldenvoice, a fellow concert promoter and AEG Presents subsidiary.
Vee and Yacoubin will oversee the booking department of Goldenvoice, as well as continuing to act as talent buyers for their respective festivals and venues.
Yacoubian said: “Goldenvoice is a company that has endlessly supported my creativity and career growth. I am beyond honoured, and excited, to be in a position of leadership, where I now get the opportunity to support and nurture the next generation of rising stars at GV.”
Logitix, a live event ticketing technology and analytics provider, has named Travis Apple as chief revenue officer.
Apple will take care of all revenue aspects for Logitix, as it continues to expand within sports and entertainment. The new chief revenue officer’s industry experience includes overseeing ticket sales and services for organisations in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Major League Baseball (MLB).
“Travis brings incredible experience and expertise across our diverse market segments,” said Logitix chief executive Stu Halberg. “Having been a Logitix partner, a competitor, and a decision maker to many of Logitix’s clients, Travis understands the needs of our industry and the value that Logitix brings to any ticketing strategy.”
Acoustician Rodolfo Montero-Murillo has joined Theatre Projects in Paris, which has recently expanded its acoustics department through the promotions of Victoria Chavez and Febrizio Filippi to lead acoustics consultants, and Chris Hunt to senior acoustics consultant.
Montero-Murillo has expansive venue experience across engineering, design, project management, modelisation, site work and professional performance.
Nordic live entertainment company All Things Live Sweden has hired Rickard Nilsson as senior agent and promoter.
Nilsson was previously head of artist relations at concert streaming service, Stacks. He was also the co-founder, DJ and promoter of Swedish Music Club, before becoming a promoter at FKP Scorpio Sweden.
