Ryan Woods has taken on the role of commercial director for Trafalgar Tickets, while continuing to work on the company’s agency brands: London Theatre Direct and Stagedoor.
Prior to September 2020, Woods was the chief operating officer for London Theatre Bookings. During his 11-year tenure, Woods was also head of sales and marketing, and online marketing manager.
Kristen Hasenauer has joined the Gateway Ticketing Systems executive leadership team as the new human resources director.
Hasenauer will develop and implement HR strategies to support the organisation’s core values, bringing key experience such as career pathing and people development.
Satisfi Labs, an AI-powered conversational experience platform for sports, entertainment, and tourism, has merged operations with Broadw.ai. As part of the merger, Broadw.ai founder Micah Hollingworth has been appointed head of entertainment.

LiveCo, a speciality live entertainment company, has appointed Charles Steedman (pictured) as president and chief executive officer.
The company was founded two years ago and has already delivered more than 3,000 shows worldwide.
Steedman previously held senior roles with AEG Facilities and ASM Global, as well as Raptor Sports Capital private equity fund.
Elsewhere, AEG Presents UK’s live events arm has rebranded, with a focus on expanding its comedy division.
Specialist Georgie Donnelly has been appointed as head of comedy and entertainment to spearhead the change, while the newly renamed division has also expanded its head count through the hiring of junior promoter Ophelia Francis.
