We round up the latest movements from the ticketing sector and associated industries…

Live Nation Finland has brought in Annika Oksanen to lead the company’s booking agency for domestic artists.

Oksanen will begin the new role in January, after working as an agent and promoter for Live Nation Finland since 2017. Oksanen will work with fellow agents Elsa De Campos, Valter Filosof, Matti Kaunisvesi, Miska Nipuli and Jukka Varmo at the agency.

Ryan Miller has been named as chief executive of WolfCycle, a marketing agency specialising in advanced conversation marketing, sales sequencing and sales/service automation techniques.

Miller was most recently the vice-president of ticket sales and business development of the Los Angeles Kings ice hockey team, and also spent 15 years at AEG. Miller was an original founding partner of the company and had been working as a consultant with WolfCycle while at the Kings.

“I am truly excited to join the WolfCycle team in a full capacity where I help contribute to the agency’s ongoing success,” said Miller. “WolfCycle has already set impressive standards in conversational marketing automation, and I look forward to leading it into a new era of new growth and innovation.”

Elsewhere, Nicki Hunter has been named associate artistic director of non-profit Manhattan Theatre Club.

Hunt had previously served as Manhattan Theatre Club’s artistic producer since 2019 after first joining the non-profit as an intern in 2009.

Day After Day Productions recently expanded its business operations with multiple appointments, promotions and new hires.

Christianne Weiss (pictured) has been appointed senior vice-president and head of touring, while Alan Rogozin has been named as general manager. Aidan Flynn, Jordan Dempsey and Marcus Greenstein have all been promoted to agents, with Erin Patterson moving up to director of marketing.

Seth Shomes, founder and chief executive of the agency, said: “I have known Christianne (Weiss) for over 25 years and have always wanted to work side by side with her as a colleague. I’m beyond excited that she has joined our team at Day After Day Productions as she is the consummate professional.

“Along with the other promotions and recent hires, Day After Day continues to blossom as one of the premiere independent booking agencies in the music industry and we are excited for our continued growth and success.”
