XING Events has enhanced its TicketingManager events platform and slashed fees.
The attendee management and event marketing service said that business users would only be charged a 3.9 per cent fee on ticket sales until July 31, compared to the usual 5.9 per cent.
The Munich-based platform now offers additional features, including monthly payouts from ticketing sales that give organisers maximum financial stability.
“Our TicketingManager has never been this excellent,” said Cai-Nicolas Ziegler, managing director at XING Events. “With our new product developments and many benefits such as secure und convenient payment processing ― complemented by our comprehensive consulting and support services ― we want to introduce ourselves and offer our services to all organisers who have not worked with us yet. Our introductory special gives an additional impetus for customers to try out the product.”
The ticket shop is also now available in multiple languages, which XING believes improves the purchase process for international customers.
XING has helped organisers from across the world to sell more than eight million tickets for more than 210,000 professional events and said it is becoming essential that they can speak directly to clients no matter where they are based.
