See Tickets has acquired ticketing and technology firm Paylogic from LiveStyle.
The Vivendi-owned company acquired Paylogic, which sells more than five million tickets in more than 10 countries, to expand its global network.
See Tickets expects to sell more than 20 million tickets a year for music, sporting and cultural events, with thousands of clients in over 30 countries, including the UK, France, the US, Spain, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
In addition, See Tickets has entered into a long-term commercial agreement with LiveStyle and its subsidiaries to ticket its US festivals and events.
Rob Wilmshurst, chief executive of See Tickets, said: “We are delighted to acquire Paylogic. It is a clear statement of our intention to grow our activities in Europe and the US.

Paylogic, which was founded in 2005 in the Netherlands, has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
Paylogic has developed digital ticketing environments for thousands of clients including the major live entertainment brands, Tomorrowland, ID&T, ADE, and Awakenings.
