TheTicketingBusiness has been asked to circulate this RFP for a ticketing platform to support Concert and Event Ticketing Services for Red Butte Garden & Arboretum of the University of Utah:
“Red Butte Garden & Arboretum requires a concert and event ticketing system that can handle a large and instantaneous transaction load without crashing, carry out its summer concert series and members-only pre-sale that includes ticket limits per membership type, and which satisfies University of Utah PCI/DSS and payment processing requirements.”
The 3,000-capacity venue previously used Ticketfly for its annual season of 30+ summer concerts.

The deadline to submit proposals is 2:00pm MST on November 18, 2019. Any questions vendors have regarding the RFP are due by November 6. Both are submitted by the vendor through the BidSync system.
