The 2023 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix has almost sold out, with 16 of the 23 categories available all snapped up.

Of the remaining categories, five have limited availability according to organisers, and nearly all hospitality packages for the night race have been purchased by fans. A limited number of seats remain in the Vista Suite and Pit Entry Lounge hospitality suites located opposite the pit entry at the Singapore Flyer.

The Marina Bay Street Circuit is expected to host roughly 250,000 Formula 1 fans, a 17% reduced capacity for 2023 due to the closure of the Bay Grandstand. The closure is part of the redevelopment of The Float at Marina Bay, meaning this year’s attendance will not challenge the record-breaking 302,000 fans that descended on the grand prix last year.

Adam Firth, executive director of Singapore GP, organiser of the race, said: “We were prepared that we would temporarily lose our biggest grandstand when we saw the redevelopment plans for the facility a few years ago and have been hard at work to actively identify potential sites for new viewing opportunities. We were always aware that we will not be able to completely replace the inventory, especially given the limitations of a street circuit.

“Fortunately, we were able to overcome the challenges and recoup 10,000 tickets with several exciting new options for our fans. We are delighted to have such a fantastic response to the six new grandstands introduced earlier this year, and look forward to building on this momentum for a fantastic race weekend this September.”

Fans will be able to look forward to a new track layout and substantial entertainment line-up, with performances from the likes of Post Malone, Robbie Williams, Kings of Leon, Madness, Groove Armada, Culture Club and more.

The Singapore Grand Prix will take place from September 15-17.
