New Zealand-headquartered independent ticketing provider Eventfinda has announced a new partnership with the Marlborough Civic Theatre Trust, which owns and operates the ASM Theatre Marlborough.
Eventfinda’s full-service ticketing and marketing platform will become the exclusive ticketing software used by the theatre. The multi-purpose venue replaced the FloorPride Marlborough Civic Theatre and opened in 2016, overlooking Blenheim’s Taylor River in the north of New Zealand’s South Island. It boasts a 700-seat auditorium, the Whitehaven Wine Room, and the more intimate 100-seater Anderson Theatre.
“Our dedicated team is here to support this transition with the Marlborough Civic Theatre Trust team to the highest level and we look forward to using our expertise and streamlined processes to ensure the community, hirers and patrons have an excellent customer experience,” said Eventfinda’s head of ticketing, Anna Magdalinos.
The deal will see the ASM Theatre Marlborough benefit from real-time reporting, easy-to-use software and the ability to assign roles to key stakeholders to access ticket sales and other key metrics.
