Over 50,000 tickets sold for England Women’s 2024 international matches already

More than 50,000 tickets have been sold for England Women’s international cricket matches in 2024, surpassing the milestone two months earlier compared to the lead up for the record-breaking 2023 Women’s Ashes summer.

The unprecedented demand for tickets is up 30% compared to the same point last year. 

Southampton’s Ageas Bowl (pictured) is already 90% sold out for England’s international T20 against New Zealand on July 6. 

More than 13,000 tickets have been sold for the same fixture at the Kia Oval on July 13. 

Tickets for home women’s international are now on general sale across a number of venues in England and Wales, with tickets for Kia Oval’s IT20 placed on general sale today (Tuesday). Tickets for Lord’s hosting of England vs New Zealand on July 17 will go on general sale on December 18. 

England Women vs Australia in the Women’s Ashes ODI at The Ageas Bowl this summer sold out, with a record crowd for a women’s international of 12,380. 

Upwards of 70,000 tickets were sold ahead of the Women’s Ashes this summer, with multiple grounds reporting record-breaking sales and attendances.
