Manhattan-based Mastercard Midnight Theatre has brought in Oak View Group to manage operations at the venue.
Midnight Theatre is a state-of-the-art performance venue in the heart of New York’s Manhattan West Plaza, located close to Penn Station and Hudson Yards. The intimate 150-seat theatre welcomes talent from across a wide variety of entertainment, including Broadway, music and comedy. The theatre, which opened in 2022, is owned by entertainment marketing and production company Dolphin Entertainment.
OVG oversees the operations of an elite roster of arenas, stadiums, theatres, convention centres and more worldwide, including UBS Arena in New York and Peak restaurant at The Edge in Hudson Yards.

Premium hospitality at Midnight Theatre
OVG is considered a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. Its New York City roster already includes the New York Islanders’ UBS Arena and Peak restaurant at The Edge in Hudson Yards.
