HUMBL’s AI chatbot

HUMBL, which operates the HUMBL Tickets platform, has launched its new HeyBLUE! artificial intelligence chatbot. HUMBL users can now perform a variety of tasks, including chatbot interactions, document generation, text generation, text summarisation, language translation, question answering and more.

Brentford platform launch

English Premier League football club Brentford FC’s new ticketing website is now live. The platform, supported by Ticketmaster Sport following a new partnership between the provider and the club, will be accessible to season ticket holders who had login details for the previous system. The new platform will offer 3D virtual venue seat views, as well as a ticket exchange for digital tickets.

Cornwall Rugby’s digital partner

Cornwall Rugby League FC in England has signed a partnership with digital ticketing provider Future Ticketing. The company enables clients to digitise their ticketing processes using Apple Pay and Google Wallet and provide a view seat option through a branded ticketing app.

Renewable energy tech fuels festivals

Renewable energy technology will be powering two of this summer’s biggest music festivals: Glastonbury in Somerset, England and Cruïlla in Barcelona, Spain. Organisers of both events have said that they will be powered by 100% renewable energy, including solar PV and battery hybrid systems.
