IPL teams sign up ticketing partners ahead of 2024 season

Lucknow Super Giants has become the fourth Indian Premier League (IPL) team to sign up with BookMyShow ahead of the new season.

Lucknow Super Giants follow Rajasthan Royals, Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders in partnering with the platform for the upcoming IPL cricket season, which begins on Friday (March 22).

Paytm Insider is signed with five teams, while Royal Challengers Bangalore is selling tickets on its own official website after a tie-up with Ticket Genie.

The Super Giants will collaborate with BookMyShow to establish ticketing booths at convenient locations throughout Lucknow, while home delivery is also available. Fans can also acquire tickets for all home games at the 50,000-capacity Ekana Cricket Stadium via the online platform.

Paytm Insider is partnered with IPL teams Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals, according to India Today. The 10-team competition runs until late May.
