All-in-one

Ticketing technology and analytics provider Logitix has launched ‘Logitix One’, an all-in-one platform for the live event ticketing industry. Logitix One consolidates insights, pricing, ticket distribution, order management, processing and reporting into a single platform. The service was also launched with multiple features to automate the pricing of tickets depending on the targets of the user. 

For the laughs 

Live Nation-affiliated company Veeps, a streaming platform for live entertainment, has launched a new comedy vertical. The expansion will be led by Bart Coleman, who has been appointed head of comedy. Fans will be able to view live and on-demand specials from a range of comedians, as well as comedy festivals. 

Kent State extends TicketSmarter deal

Kent State University and TicketSmarter have extended their agreement, with the ticketing company to remain the official ticket resale partner for the university’s athletics department. Kent State fans will be able to continue buying and selling through the TicketSmarter marketplace. 

OVG and DailyPay expand rollout

Venue development, advisory and investment company for the sports and live entertainment industries, Oak View Group (OVG), and fintech company DailyPay have expanded the rollout of its OVG integration into venues across the US. The partnership will be used by seven National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Hockey League (NHL) sides, and 125 venues across the country.
