South African operator TicketPro is expanding into travel management through the launch of its new TicketPro Travel Solutions (TTS).
TicketPro is one of the country’s biggest entertainment and live events ticketing operators and the official agent for Cricket South Africa as well as major teams such as Lions, Blue Bulls and Sharks.
Johannesburg-headquartered TTS will use Spotnana’s travel-as-a-service platform to power an end-to-end travel solution that aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve traveller satisfaction.
“This level of innovation is what the business market has needed for some time now. For too long we have hidden behind unseen fees and legacy systems,” said Brandon Duffield, TTS’s chief executive.
