Shifting to seamless transactions

The Cleveland Cavaliers National Basketball Association (NBA) team has chosen Shift4 as its official payment processor. Shift4 will processed Cavs ticket transactions through an integration with the team’s ticketing platform SeatGeek, to provide fans with a seamless ticket purchasing experience. 

Improving the fan experience

The University of South Florida has launched a revitalised South Florida Bulls App ahead of the college football season. The app will allow fans to keep up to date with all Bulls sports teams, and is a collaboration between USF Athletics and FanThreeSixty, a fan engagement software and analytics company. 

Linking up fans

Franklin College athletics has partnered with Eventlink to handle tickets for Franklin home contests throughout the 2023-24 season. Fans will be able to purchase tickets for all home American football, soccer, volleyball and basketball games through the Eventlink portal, which can be found via the Franklin athletics website. 

Ticket Tailor announces Square integration

Ticket Tailor, a self-serve event ticketing platform, has announced an integration with Square, a technology company that makes commerce and financial services easy to access. Event organisers selling tickets on the Ticket Tailor app will now be able to accept online payments with Square.
